Working at CAREM sometimes means working under difficult weather conditions: as you see today we had “Föhn” in the morning!
During a Föhn period people might be irritated (bavarian: grantig), nervous, confused, having headache. (handle with care!)
For all Non-Upper-Bavarians and all non-meterologists: Föhn is a fall wind coming from the south leading to sunny and clear weather, that collapse after 1- 2 days, bringing rain or colder weather. You can see it at the right side of the panorama of the Alps: “Der Föhn bricht ein”.
One request to all meteorologist and hobby meteorologists: please don´t comment! 😉
